Handyman, plumber, or contractor? Who to call in Kirkland
Calling the wrong trade costs you a week. Here is when to call us, and when you need a plumber, electrician, or general contractor.

Call a handyman when the house still works
The door sticks. The vanity is tired. The TV is on the floor. The punch list has eight items and none of them need a permit. That is us. We quote the batch and finish it in a block.
Call a plumber or electrician when the system is the job
Repipe, sewer, new panel, whole-room rewire — that is not fixture work. We will swap the faucet. We will not pretend a 1968 galvanized stack is fine because the handle is pretty. If we open it and the system is the problem, we stop.
Call a general contractor for a gut
New kitchen, new bath, moving walls, permits, inspections. A handyman in the middle of that job is how punch lists get orphaned. Hire the GC. Call us after, when the floors are in and someone still has to hang the doors.
Unsure? Send the list anyway
Tell us what you see. If we are the wrong crew, you get that answer the same morning — not after three missed site visits. That is the whole point of the quote form.
