A Kirkland van and a list that actually gets finished
We’re the people you call when a few things around the house have been sitting there too long.

Who we are
We’re Eastside Handyman Repair. We work out of Kirkland and spend most days in houses around here — Juanita ramblers, Totem Lake condos, Houghton mid-centuries, and the newer places that still have builder hardware falling off.
People usually send a list. A door that sticks. A TV still leaning on the floor. A faucet that drips. A hole from the last picture. The last bits after a remodel crew left. We work through it in one visit when the parts allow.
This isn’t a call center. Someone who does the work writes the quote. If we can’t take it, you’ll hear that the same day. We’d rather send you to the right trade than take a job we can’t finish.
Monday through Saturday, 7am–7pm. Kirkland first. Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, and Woodinville when the day is already headed that way.
How a job usually goes
01
Send a short note
Your name, a phone number, the city, and what’s going on. Photos help. If you already bought the faucet or the TV, say so.
02
We’ll send a price
During the week we try to write back the same day. You get a number before we start. If we need to look at it first, we’ll say that instead of guessing.
03
We come by and do it
A real window, not a four-hour maybe. If you’re at work we can use a lockbox and send photos when we leave.
What we take
The jobs that can usually be finished in a visit or two.
- Doors, hardware, shelves, and general repairs
- Drywall patches and interior paint
- Faucets, toilets, disposals, and fixture plumbing
- Switches, outlets, and fixture electrical
- TV mounts, blinds, and furniture assembly
- Deck boards, rails, and small carpentry
What we pass on
Some jobs need a specialist. We’ll tell you that in the first reply instead of showing up and walking it back.
- New electrical panels or service upgrades
- Sewer lines, re-pipe, and new gas work
- Full kitchen or bath gut-and-rebuild
- Roofing, structural framing, and new additions
How we treat the house
Drop cloths go down before the first cut. Hardware comes off the truck in a tray, not a pile on your counter. We vacuum the dust we made. If we open a wall and find rot, a leak, or something we didn’t expect, we stop, send a photo, and wait for a yes.
We can email the insurance certificate before we come in if you need it for the HOA or the building.
