Do you take handyman jobs near me?+−
If you are in Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah, Sammamish, Bothell, or Woodinville, yes. We are based in Kirkland. Nearby cities are on the same loop. Send the city with the job and we will tell you if we can get there this week.
How fast can I get a quote?+−
On weekdays we usually reply the same morning, often within the hour. If photos and a short description make the job clear, we can price it without a visit. Hidden or larger work gets a free look on site.
Do you charge a trip fee?+−
Not in Kirkland, Juanita, Houghton, Totem Lake, Finn Hill, or Rose Hill. Nearby cities on our regular loop are the same. If you are farther out, we will say so before we drive.
Are you bonded and insured?+−
Yes. We can email the certificate before we come in.
What work do you not take?+−
Full kitchen or bath guts, new electrical panels, sewer laterals, structural framing, and anything that needs an architect. If we are the wrong crew, you hear that in the first reply.
Can you do several small jobs in one visit?+−
That is most of what we do. Send the list. We quote it as a batch and finish it in one block when the parts allow.
Do you work evenings or weekends?+−
Saturday is a regular day. Sunday and evenings are for true emergencies, such as an active leak or a door you cannot lock. Mention the timing when you request the quote.
How do you price the work?+−
You get a written number before we start. Small jobs have a posted starting price. The final amount depends on access, materials, and what we find. Extras wait for your yes.
Do I need to be home?+−
Not always. Many people leave a lockbox or meet us at the start and go to work. We send photos when we leave.
